MakeShift is an online employee scheduling app, using a 'people-first approach'. It is a complete web and mobile solution that is intuitively designed to build schedules, track time and attendance and enable communication between staff and their management.
MakeShift is looking for a talented and motivated Revenue Marketer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of developing and executing B2B SaaS marketing strategies and will work collaboratively with various teams to build and deploy marketing campaigns including managing various marketing communications projects such as content development, events, digital and social campaigns, marketing automation, and partnering with internal and external resources within our partner ecosystem. Execute on revenue marketing plan
Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile to improve campaign targeting
Collaborate on GTM planning, refine value propositions, compose impactful messaging, and compelling storytelling to help us connect better to our target audiences
Create high-impact B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels leveraging email marketing, events, paid and earned social, and other programs to successfully engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities that are aligned with vertical markets and business priorities
Manage paid digital programs, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Advertising, YouTube, Tik Tok, and applicable Review sites
Support program management of virtual and live customer events that help build and strengthen thought leadership, relationships, awareness, and pipeline growth with existing and prospective customers
Own MakeShift partner marketing channels (ADP, SAP, others) and collaborate with your counterparts in our partner eco-system to run campaigns that drive demand and build pipeline
Manage MakeShift’s digital presence (website, social channels, etc.) and utilize Google Analytics to identify insights and opportunities to drive more traffic
Analyze data to understand customer behavior and identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies
Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase effectiveness
Grit, initiative, and perseverance.
4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on building pipeline and driving revenue
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing campaigns
Working knowledge of HubSpot is a must
Deep experience and knowledge in marketing foundations such as copywriting, A/B testing, funnel marketing, HTML/CSS, customer success/experience
Technical knowledge in 2-4 specific marketing channels: revenue operations, email, events, content marketing, SEO, multimedia, partnerships, ABM, community, social, lead generation
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors partner marketing ecosystem is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
